You hate them, I hate them.

Potholes are a real issue on our roads - an inconvenience we all deal with day to day as we travel from A to B. And just as it is a shared issue, I believe we can work together towards a shared resolution.

While delivering my newsletter to residents near Oakham Road, I came across blocked drains on View Drive and Oakham Road.

These have been reported. Other issues include potholes and water leaks (Oakham Avenue).

It was nice to visit the newly refurbished The Chapel House in Gornal. James Stevens and his team do an excellent job. This pub is a great heritage pub.

I don’t think my new attempt to pull a pint of golden glow went too badly - but improvements are necessary

I witnessed an amazing match today between Dudley Town FC and Studley FC. Dudley Town put up a good fight and drew the match 0-0. Despite Studley FC being 4th in the league, it was a great performance from Dudley Town and they were definitely the best team on the pitch.

It was a huge pleasure to be opening the newly refurbished Blacks Vets veterinary care hospital on Hall Street and to meet the brilliant team there.

The love and care among staff for their pet patients and the care and compassion for pet owners was palpable.

It was brilliant visiting Debs Dinner recently. It is in the heart of Sedgley and I have always seen it busy, enjoyed a cuppa - and more!

I am all for local business, and I wish the team all the very best for the festive season.

The Old Priory in Dudley Town is being run by the amazing Carl Hodgetts. The environment was brilliant.

Thanks Carl for helping me pour a beer, I still need a lot of practice.

Berry's Bostin Bites is an amazing shop located on Parsons St in Dudley town. The food was amazing and thank you Becky for the amazing service.

I am all for local businesses

I am in continuous correspondence with Dudley Council regarding this site. I know it’s currently not secure but steps are being taken and I am pushing the council. 

Letters have gone out to nearby residents via Royal Mail to keep them informed.

Popped in to see Emma's Coffee Shop and hear her plans for Christmas.
